Losing weight has been a struggle for me all of my life. I lose weight and then gain it back because of bad eating habits. Over the last year, I vowed to maintain healthier eating habits and not focus too much on weight loss. After being diagnosed with hypertension, my doctor referred me to see a nutritionist. I visited with a nutritionist to provide me with direction on proper nutrition for my body. After my consultation with the nutritionist, I learned how to develop nutritional meal plans and keep a journal log of all the foods that I consumed. Learning how to eat healthily and making it a way of life, you will see weight loss over some time. If you keep up good eating habits, you should not gain the weight back. I am a firm believer that you are what you eat.
I am still on my weight loss journey as I write this blog post, if you are interested in looking to lose some weight, and maintain a healthy lifestyle, take a look at some of these weight loss apps in this Women’s Day article to assist you in reaching your goals.
